  • If all is well in the order its a good company with a helpdesk which responds, if you don't read the little, detail letters you can be screwed for alot of money by deviating from the normal. I lost $309 on a single ticket by buying a Universal Hollywood (CA) ticket instead of a Disney Hollywood (FL) ticket. This seems stupid from my side, wich it is in part, but from what I heard at the parks (Disney and Universal) gate this happens quit ofter by foreigners. What ever I did and wrote I couldn't hand back in the ticket and rebook or get my money back. The small letter say 72hours before ticket date it will not be possible to swap... But no other solution was offered so really lost the money! Forewarned is forearmed!

  • I was a little dubious at first being in the UK and spending so much money on tickets to Universal HOLLYWOOD but I didn't need to be . The tickets arrived promptly, I printed them as well as Saved the barcodes on my phone . They worked no problem at the gate and I could use the free day any time that week (we didn't need to ) . Thankyou for a smooth free experience and I'll defo use you again if needed

  • We booked the VIP tickets for universal studios Hollywood,these tickets we worth every penny,the tour guide was amazing allowing us to ask any questions,he was so full of knowledge. We had fast access to every ride and the back stage tour was brilliant,we were allowed to get out at certain points for photo opportunities,we looked around a live set and was shown around the prop house. The breakfast and lunch was also amazing and we got to interact with a couple of film characters.

  • The deal for 2 days for 1 was excellent unfortunately we couldn't go the 2nd day but the offer was there, buying tickets was easy and staff very helpful. We had the best time in universal.would thoroughly recommend this site.

  • About time there could be park tickets for entry who never go on rides all they do is walk around with there children I feel you should get together with the parks and charge a ticket for no entry on the rides it shouldn’t stop the children who have parents who won’t go on rides but love seeing there children having fun

  • I booked the wrong date somehow and the customer service team were excellent and made changing my ticket date easy. It was easy to get through to them and they were straight to the point and corrected my error. I couldn’t recommend the assistant enough.
