• For Infants (under 2 years), proof of age is required. If at the time of entry, the infant is 2 or above, the responsible adult will need to purchase a correct ticket at the gate.
• Children under 13 years need to be accompanied by an adult 18+ and must be accompanied at all times. Children will not be allowed to leave the Green Planet™ Dubai without a parent or guardian.
• Tickets do not include car parking fees and parking is subject to availability.
• The Green Planet™ Dubai reserves the right to alter the opening and closing time, remove or cancel any part of the experience for any reason, including but not limited to health and safety, operational issues, maintenance, special events and private functions

Tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before travel. Once tickets have been processed, they are non-refundable and cannot be changed. Cancellations within 7 days of travel are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
