The process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish, and I was even able to use my BLC discount without any issues, which made it an even better deal. Everything went perfectly at the venue, no problems at all getting in and showing the tickets on my phone. On top of that, the ticket included a burger, which turned out to be really tasty and a nice bonus to the day. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with how easy and enjoyable the whole experience was. Highly recommended!

Atraxtiontickets.com is great site. I used it a few times and newer disappointed. Price are great. Information is clear and easy to understand . Unfortunately i can not say the same about the Siam park in Tenerife. I would lime to share a serious concern regarding an upsetting incident that occurred during my recent visit to Siam park in Tenerife with my 12-year-old son. While queuing for Jungle Snake ride Viper tube ( second from the left) we were subjected not only to rude and aggressive behaviour from another visitor but also to unprofessional conduct by a member of your staff. While we were waiting our turn, a boy suddenly pushed in front of us in the queue. A few minutes later, his mother and brother joined him. I politely pointed out to the lady that we were already in the queue and that it was unfair to skip others. She responded dismissively, saying she was simply joining her son, even though he had also just arrived. She then forcibly placed her children ahead of us and completely ignored any further communication from me. What was even more disappointing was the response of the park employee at the top of the slide. Although he had not witnessed the full situation, he chose to support the local family and treated us in a condescending and dismissive manner. While my son and I were seated in the inflatable ring and ready to slide, he physically held us back and allowed others to go ahead. When I asked him why he was doing this, his response was, “Calm down, love. It’s my place – my rules.” It was only after I stated that I intended to make a formal complaint that he allowed us to proceed. This behavior—both from the guests and your staff—was extremely upsetting, especially for my son. We did not expect to be treated with such disrespect and bias, particularly by someone in a position of authority at your park. Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention a related issue outside the park. On more than one occasion, we noticed that taxi drivers often gave incorrect change when paying by cash. I understand this may not fall under your direct responsibility, but as it affects many tourists in the area.

order the tickets was easy, but had a problem and could not go on the day we booked but attraction tickets would not allow us to change the date. Upon arriving at siam after many emails to them you can use the tickets any day and we walked in with the tickets for another day with out any issues, and had a great night at Siam nights

Purchased the VIP all inclusive tickets. These were well worth it when we went in the height of summer. We had the best day there. Completed 18 rides. Got there before opening go a locker and purchased water shoes. These were a godsend. We stopped off for lunch and snacks throughout the day which was included in the price of the tickets. We also took please of drink home with us as we left.

Great value. We had a great day in Siam Park. We bought the tickets in advance and simply downloaded the tickets onto my phone. Whilst in the resort before our planned trip I overheard our rep selling their tickets to a family. She made several comments about having the paper copy as Siam Park were “really strict” and I got incredibly worried that my digital version wouldn’t be accepted. I needn’t have worried, the gate staff were great and there was no issue using our digital version. Also, there wasn’t much saving on the face value of the ticket but because AttractionTickets included a “free burger” with each ticket we saved €7 per person. Our family of 3 ate burger and chips with a drink for around €19 - bargain 😊. Will definitely use again.

We went on a day pass, the park was extremely busy and there were no fast passes available. We didn't get to go on the more popular rides as ridiculously long waiting times. Food is expensive and we did buy water shoes, which you do need to wear. All in all we enjoyed the day.

Mid August visit - ok but wouldn't go again. Entry was pretty easy and fast flowing at 9am however expecting to buy a fast pass on the entry gate as instructed to found us being left without one as apparently they don't sell the normal fast passes in the summer, only the VIP fast passes online(not at the gate) so your day will turn extremely expensive if you want this. Already cost £140 just to get 2 adults and 1 child in, this would have made the day cost around £500! Wear crocks or water shoes as the floor gets boiling! Overrated as an attraction due to costs and the little amount of rides you will actually get on.

I got intouch via social media as was unable to select tickets for same day online. Camila was amazing, checked availability and was able to secure me tickets straight away. I was absolutely over the moon, such good value and we have a great time on both days. It’s very rare these days that you find someone so happy to help so Camila deserves to be recognised for this, I would definitely use attraction tickets again!
