The tickets were great and thankfully we paid extra for fast track. Siam Park however was awful! Way overcrowded, queues everywhere and far too many people. There was also people smoking cannabis in most cafe areas. I will not be returning

My husband and I were dreading Siam park as we’re not a fan of busy places and honestly didn’t know what to expect. However it is a wonderful place, ours kids had the most amazing time, the staff went above and beyond, and we completely understand why it has been voted the best for years in a row. There are plenty of rides to suit all adventure levels, there are bars and seating everywhere. The food was excellent and our daughter is a coeliac and a staff member walked us around the restaurant and explained how to order for her. Everything is reasonably priced rather than being expensive because you’re a captive audience, and the free bus service was brilliant.

It was a fantastic offer and the bill for the Tickets was great because you got a free burger in both locations which brought the price down. I would definitely book again if this offer was on to take my family well done.

Brilliant waterpark - but very busy be prepared to spend a lot of time queuing. Food with very reasonable, in price with lots of choice. But we also took drinks and snacks with us.

The park is fantastic but they let too many people in. This means crowding everywhere all day, big ques for everything and a negative experience.

The que was long because they let to many fast track people on 2 to every one in the normal que so the times on the boards were wrong 40mins was actually 1 hour 10 minutes.

The deal we got which is a burger & admission was good and cost effective however they do not offer a vegetarian option which is highly disappointing even though it states that on the website. So we got our spare burgers and gave them away. When asked the staff was told it’s beef only so we then had to pay out more money - it would be much better to give an option to cover dietary requirements

I thought the free burger with the ticket was great until i realised that it was a meat burger only. I am a vegan so that did seem unfare. Lots of people dont eat meat and its a growing trend so i think there should've been a vegan burger option. Apart from that had a great day at siam park. Went on lots of slides although some were missed because of the long queues.
