I visited your park on 6/7 th August, we lasted an 1 hour, my son who has autism was looking forward to it, it was herendous a waste of £117, we never got to go on anything, the ques were shocking, we gave up and went back to our hotel, I emailed yourselfs which was a waste of time,

The tickets were great and thankfully we paid extra for fast track. Siam Park however was awful! Way overcrowded, queues everywhere and far too many people. There was also people smoking cannabis in most cafe areas. I will not be returning

My husband and I were dreading Siam park as we’re not a fan of busy places and honestly didn’t know what to expect. However it is a wonderful place, ours kids had the most amazing time, the staff went above and beyond, and we completely understand why it has been voted the best for years in a row. There are plenty of rides to suit all adventure levels, there are bars and seating everywhere. The food was excellent and our daughter is a coeliac and a staff member walked us around the restaurant and explained how to order for her. Everything is reasonably priced rather than being expensive because you’re a captive audience, and the free bus service was brilliant.

It was a fantastic offer and the bill for the Tickets was great because you got a free burger in both locations which brought the price down. I would definitely book again if this offer was on to take my family well done.

Brilliant waterpark - but very busy be prepared to spend a lot of time queuing. Food with very reasonable, in price with lots of choice. But we also took drinks and snacks with us.

The park is fantastic but they let too many people in. This means crowding everywhere all day, big ques for everything and a negative experience.
