Great experience. First time to Florida I was surprised by how expensive everything was so saving a few pounds always helped. Attraction Tickets were slightly cheaper for our Discovery Cove and Universal Tickets and we got a £10 Amazon voucher too. All went smoothly. We paid the minimum on booking and paid the balance a month before our holiday. Our tickets were available digitally pretty much immediately once fully paid and all went well at the park gates. The Universal tickets can be scanned and stored in the Park app whereas it didn’t seem possible to link Discovery Cove booking to their app but not as big a deal for that place. Discovery cove was great. A nice peaceful day in the middle of busy days at the theme parks.

Lovely day, swimming with tropical fish and a session with dolphins, but the photos were a significant extra cost so no memories of the experience.

Discovery cove is a super day out ,lots to do friendly staff and food to suit all. Just dont expect to get the 1/2 price come back next day , its half price of some astronomical figure that they have plucked out of the air not half the price you may have paid.

A must do even if you don't do a dolphin swim you can sit and watch them play and the reef is the best part of the whole place to stroke a stingray and swim with fish is amazing to here every time

A wonderful experience. Swimming with sting rays, was a magical experience. The whole day was fantastic, from the free breakfast, wetsuits and friendly staff. So glad we went ! My son had the best day ever !

I was really looking forward to this day, however I was a little disappointed with the dolphin swim. I have previously done a dolphin experience and comparing the two I would definitely not recommend Discovery cove. Apart from that the rest of our time there Was brilliant. Food and drink were included and very nice and so were all the staff.

Discovery Cove is amazing - we did the dolphin swim as well this time but you’d still have a lovely day here without it. Food and drink was great, lazy river, various areas to relax, even if you don’t swim with the dolphins you can sit on a beach and watch them playing. The only thing I would say is they’re very expensive for photos - unnecessarily expensive considering how much you pay for the day and the dolphin experience.

Always enjoy our day there as it is never too busy and having everything included in the price is a massive bonus. Usually go on our first day in Florida as it is an early start when we are still on European time!

Sad to be only leaving 3 stars, but my 1st visit here was outstanding & it had changed so much, not entirely for the better. The initial welcome was wonderful & experience with dolphins was lovely & I would recommend doing it! The trainers were great too & gave lots of information aswel as a great experience, however this is where the good stuff ended. The guy on the desk to sell us our photographs was an absolute A hole! Seemed he would rather be somewhere else... good customer service really lacked in him, he was pretty rude... sighed about 10 or 11 times during our photo selection & we weren't taking forever either! Not customer service I would expect at all. The restaurant staff were the same, hard to find a smile between them & the food was pretty gross! If we had known there was a pizza cabin within d.c we would have definitely gone there, but there was no information or map given to us! Also D.C need to spend some money on updating their wet suits, I alone had to change 3 times with holes in the butts & neck! The 2 older staff members really didn't like me having to interrupt their conversation so many times & apparently it didn't matter to the swim if the wetsuits were torn or worn! We were in one of the first groups to swim which was amazing & obviously the highlight of the visit! Aviary staff were lovely & the snack bar too & the 1 young lady we were served by in the gift shop. I think everyone else needed a big reminder on customer service or basic skills on how to communicate with other people. I wouldn't go back here again, it lacks so much of what it had on our first visit some years ago!

Lovely to have the food and drink provided so for the mums it was a chill out day. We had a situation with our dolphin swim and the dolphins decided they were having too much fun to come out to see the humans. Although this is obviously something the trainers really can’t help there didn’t seem to be a plan be for the hundred people who were supposed to be swimming in that particular pod that day. They offered a free return within two years or just the dolphin swim part of your money back but only if you booked directly through them and not a third party like attraction tickets. The staff were apologetic to be fair but it was still not an ideal situation. In the end we managed to change our plans around with the other parcs and returned the next day for a swim with a different pod but it did mean the children missed out on the original plans we had for the return day.

What an amazing day out. Lots to see and do. We all loved feeding the birds in the aviary. Food was fantastic and the choice was great for the fussiest of eaters.

Loved this day here, ticket price reasonable as included all the snacks, meals and drinks apart from alcoholic ones.. we all had a wonderful day we ate loads and all the food was excellent.. the bird enclosure, dolphins, snorkelling, river swimming with floats and water falls, so much to do in a day would recommend and even better if you have a good weather day too.,
