The tickets were very good value for money. The staff were very polite and helpful. Excellent place to visit, we as a family would definitely go again. We loved the interaction with the dolphins.

Brilliant day whether you swim with the dolphins or just watch. A great package which included sea world and Busch gardens. Busch gardens was a waste of time. The two water rides weren’t working and three of the roller coasters. Very expensive for food and drinks especially you take a family. Pack snacks.

From checking in to breakfast ,the grand reef,the aviary,walking around the park,cocktails ,snacks ,lunch , fantastic.if I was going to criticise I would say I wish there was a path through lazy river without a waterfall for nervous or non swimmers also a few more umberellas , can’t wait to go again

I booked two tickets for Discovery Cove 2 days prior to our planned visit. When I received the link, the booking was "pending". I have never booked any tickets online that didnt result in an instant e-ticket via email. After waiting a full day I emailed AT - they did communicate including phoning me but unfortunately left me voicemails which I later realised cost me £42 to listen to as I was already in USA. In the end they could not sort whatever issue was happening with the booking, instead asking me to "call back really early tomorrow morning" the day of our planned visit... to which I cancelled and requested refund. I was able to go straight online and successfully book with FloridaTix, no hassle at all. When you pay over £300 for tickets, you expect the company selling them to actually have them available to provide. I don't think I would use AT again, it caused undue stress during my trip as well as incurring additional charges trying to remedy a situation that should never have happened.
