Brilliant day out.. very relaxing. We didn't do the dolphin swim as we did that 8 years ago but still thoroughly enjoyed swimming with the rays and floating through the lazy river and seeing the otters. Arrived at 9am and left at 4pm. Food was great with lots of choice.

I had to change the package l had originally bought before we travelled. When we got to Discovery Cove they told me our booking had been cancelled. They eventually found the right one but the whole process took over an hour which was an hour of our day wasted.

Places was lovely as always. However - there should be a warning about their sunscreen as it is only spf 30 and for little ones or those who are fair it is inadequate. Most of our party burned that day despite reapplying lots!

Wow what a place swimming with dolphins an unbelievable experience place is kept so clean staff are very friendly sounds expensive but you also get free entry into Seaworld and Aquatica which actually makes it great value for money

What a special day of relaxation being with family and feeling very important. Attraction tickets also helped me so much as while abroad I became unwell and needed to change my booking. They supported me with this and was able to move the day.

I contacted support to book a dolphin swim before our trip and was told I couldn’t but that you have to book on the day and we’d be guaranteed a place, when we arrived at discovery cove we were told the dolphin swim was full and you must book in advance. We were left highly disappointed and frustrated at being misled and missing out on what was meant to be a highlight of the trip and the entire reason we went to discovery cove. I’ve contacted support and emailed a complaint yet nearly 2 weeks later I’ve received no response, terrible customer service and I will not be using this company again for our next Florida trip.

Discovery cove is such a brilliant experience - the 14day tickets are great value given that they provide multi-venue access and they also include the parking fees!! Highly recommend a Discovery Cove experience and a few trips to Aquatica to float on the lazy river.

The whole process from purchase through to using the tickets was seamless and so easy. I paid a deposit to secure the tickets then the remainder just prior to going on holiday. I received an email reminder payment was due and a simple phone call to make final payment.
