As the park was only opened last year, having EXPRESS made it easier for us to experience ALL the main rides with ease in 1 day. We didn't queue for no long than 20mins whilst waiting times were up to 130 mins.

No trouble with park entry Face recognition was all required to get entry which sped entry into park My 14 day tickets allowed me to visit as many times I wished and to enter more than once on same day The photo memory was a bonus at the Disney parks it was just a shame it did not work at Universal

Echt top. We hebben 14 dagen in en uit Universal Florida kunnen lopen zonder probleem. Na eerste keer word er een foto gemaakt en hoef je niet eens je ticket meer te pakken bij entree. Werkt top voor een top prijs!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from attraction tickets. While my family and I were in Florida, I submitted a formal complaint immediately after an issue occurred so that it could hopefully be addressed while we were still on holiday. Instead, my complaint has been completely ignored. I have not even received the courtesy of an acknowledgement, let alone a response. The issue itself caused unnecessary stress and disappointment during what should have been a special family holiday. I contacted you at the time because I genuinely believed you would want to help resolve the situation, but it appears that once payment has been taken, customer care is no longer a priority. Being ignored after raising a genuine concern is unacceptable. Good customer service is measured by how a company responds when things go wrong, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely poor. As a result of this experience, I will not be using AttractionTickets again and I certainly won’t be recommending your services to family, friends or colleagues. There are many companies offering similar products, and based on the complete lack of after-sales support, I will be choosing one of those in future. I am genuinely saddened to be writing this, as I expected far better from a company with your reputation.
