Attraction Direct are fantastic the best place to buy your tickets, however our experience of Universal Orlando, was not a positive one. Some staff were fantastic , even though we had are IBCE we still had to be interviewed, the staff were lovely, however we kept getting wrong passes and spent majority of day in guest services and didn't really get to experience anything. 2nd visit to Volcano Bay lead to me nearly drowing and the amazing staff jumped in to save me, as a result of concerge being very discrminating and not understanding

I bought Universals HHN express passes through AT.com and I can wholeheartedly say that they are worth the money ! If you are only going in for one night , as we were , and you want to get all the houses done and enjoy the show then it’s a no brainer . We had so much fun in every house . We went through all 10 having arrived at 5pm and finished them all at 9:30pm having seen the show at 8pm too ! It was such a great night and I’d definitely recommend doing it this way if you can
