Really easy to make a purchase. The only thing that could be better is to make the tickets addable to Apple/Google wallet. No problems at all making it, and everything worked fine.

Easy to buy and worked great. Went to the ticket counter in Surfside the first morning and they used the confirmation number provided by Attraction Tickets to give me 3 x Universal cards which fit in the lanyard pocket. Took a few minutes and worked great.

These were definitely worth the money. American attraction told us where to collect the physical ticket from but in Epic it was actually at guest services so it depends on the park. However they gave us the information of taking ID which was definitely needed. We cannot fault the information and service received from American attraction.

Absolutely worth every penny. We used them at epic universe, and with this being the new park they were definitely needed Although if your there early and stay late you could still fit alot in! But they did help not having to stand around alot

I found Attraction Tickets to be the best choice i found for ticket options for my trip to Universal Orlando. Park tickets and Express tickets were by far the best price and options. I transferred the tickets at guest services into credit card sized passes for all the Universal parks with no issues whatsoever. After looking at accommodation for my trip, I even used Attraction Tickets to book Sapphire Falls Universal Orlando for my stay. I can only say using Attraction Tickets was the best thing ever, from the cost to ease of use throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend that you consider using Attraction Tickets for your holiday.

Fantastic! We were able to do everything in epic universe in one day! It was so hot we couldn’t have stood in lines had we not had these express passes. What a difference it made to our day! More smiles, more enjoyable, no stress, less tired legs and more time to enjoy cocktails and shops . Highly recommend!

Express passes are a MUST for anyone visiting Epic Kingdom at Universal. We visited in early September and had done all the rides with the fast pass by late morning (Harry Potter ride was 10 minutes, as opposed to 135 minutes in the standby lane). Whilst Epic is not the largest park in the world and some of the rides are absolute garbage (Bowser's VR ride and Yoshi), for adults at least, a fast pass is a must to get them all done in one day. It also means that you can easily do the shows (Circus Acanus is great and the Hiccups one looked ace but the sound broke when we went and it was the last one of the day). Need to get in line early though for the shows, even with a fastpass. We all still prefer Islands of Adventure though as Velocicoaster and Hagrids are better than any of the rides at Epic (Stardust racers similar to Velocicoaster) and Hiccups coaster similar to Hagrids.

Easy to purchase Epic express and was half of the gate price so great value Was able to exchange the voucher at the Cabana Bay Universal desk for the park ready tickets so no need to queue on the day at the park and meant I could surprise the family on the day in the park with the tickets Very happy with service from OAT

We didn't realise the email with pdf was the tickets and did ask at the hotel if we could exchange for tickets - to be told curly that these were the tickets. I guess the member of staff was having an off day. Anyway once we knew that we went to the parks and was simply to just scan the qr code. They just took our photo and didn't ask for id. I was concerned they would as my daughter's name was miss spelt. Attraction Tickets and Universal both assured me promptly when I enquired before travel that if it was just a one letter error, which it was, that it would be fine. No need to cancel and rebook to correct the error. So the ticket process was easy to use. And loved we could move between the two parks..

Worked well but was very expensive. Since I used mine in August two of the three rides that were not included on the Epic Express Passes are now included. These could be down to Universal rather than attraction tickets.

Absolutely worth the money to stay at a premium resort to get the passes included. They cut wait times down by half or more meaning we got to ride everything, generally twice. As our youngest (5yo) was struggling in the heat it meant would could achieve more and keep her entertained.
