Universal was a waste of time and money. Queues were long, rides broke down and parks are very underwhelming and merch was for kids, nothing imaginative at all. Very small parks. Not user friendly with tickets etc. Such a shame as I love the universal film catalogue and expected so much more.

I always purchase park tickets from you and always will I think you are always so nice to deal with I’m only problem is when the tickets are printed and taken to universal they don’t seem to like that they are paper and sometimes cause some real uncomfortable drama at the gate

Mhari at Attraction Tickets was brilliant. We were staying at Hard Rock so didn't need Express for Universal and Islands but wanted it for Epic. She suggested we get the multi park multi day access so we could have Express across 2 days at Epic and it was well worth it. If you are going to Epic and can bite the bullet to get Express it will give you the chance to ride everything at least once without 2 to 3 hours of queuing!

Becareful when you buy as they have statements say guaranteed lowest price, then they will reduce them on a promotion. Even though you bought at the guaranteed lowest price, they will not refund you the difference when they later reduce them on an offer.
