We didn't realise the email with pdf was the tickets and did ask at the hotel if we could exchange for tickets - to be told curly that these were the tickets. I guess the member of staff was having an off day. Anyway once we knew that we went to the parks and was simply to just scan the qr code. They just took our photo and didn't ask for id. I was concerned they would as my daughter's name was miss spelt. Attraction Tickets and Universal both assured me promptly when I enquired before travel that if it was just a one letter error, which it was, that it would be fine. No need to cancel and rebook to correct the error. So the ticket process was easy to use. And loved we could move between the two parks..

Worked well but was very expensive. Since I used mine in August two of the three rides that were not included on the Epic Express Passes are now included. These could be down to Universal rather than attraction tickets.

Absolutely worth the money to stay at a premium resort to get the passes included. They cut wait times down by half or more meaning we got to ride everything, generally twice. As our youngest (5yo) was struggling in the heat it meant would could achieve more and keep her entertained.

I paid £600 for fast passes for my two children at universal studios epic universe only to find most rides would not accept then. The donkey king ride had closed fast passes off and they waited three hours, I repeat 3 hours to get on ride. This was the same in the other rides. Half would bit a knowlege pass and had closed off fast passes lanes. We promised them the time of their life and said we had got fast passes from your company. You robbed us of any enjoyment and the frustration to get on anything was terrible in 90 o heat

I tried to purchase express passes for an amusement park, but the price difference between GBP and EUR was way too high. I decided to cancel the payment, but there was absolutely no way to contact anyone from the company. I’ve lost over €100, and I feel completely ignored. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this service at all.

This was a wonderful addition to the holiday . In the 37’ heat it helped to not have to queue for so long. We managed to do all the rides in one day in both parks that we wanted to do and then used the other day in Epic. Not all Epic rides accepted it though which was a shame. But it was worth the extra money to ensure we maximised our time as we only did a 6 day holiday and crammed it all in. Would definitely look at doing these again

I ordered my Disney passes, Universal, Discovery Cove and Universal Express passes through Attraction Tickets. The Disney and Universal Passes were great as they linked directly to the apps and were 100% digital. The Discovery Cove (Seaworld, Aquatica) tickets were paper-based and I couldn't link them to the apps which was a bit annoying. Siilarly, the express tickets were paper-based vouchers that I had to redeem personally at the Universal Park which took a little time but was generally ok - I think this is the way Universal does things rather than AttractinTickets as Universal still gave us paper tickets which is a bit daft. AttractionTickets were very slightly cheaper than the next best alternatives and everything went smoothly apart from the discount booklets they provide (meals and shopping) none of which worked, otherwise happy with the experience.

We waited so long in the express pass queues unfortunately. We went 18th June 2025. I bought these for my husband, daughter and I to have a day of it. My husband was very unwell and had to leave by uber. Very disappointing as only got on about 5 rides in the 7 hours we were there before having to come away. Entrance fee and unlimited pass was definitely not worth it.

Easily placed the order, pickup from universal hotels was brilliant so no need to faff with machines or took maybe 5 mins to get the physical passes. Obviously it's an expense, but attraction tickets were a great price for the other tickets so was able to fork out for the express pass. Have to say, we sailed through some pretty chunky standby queues and given you only get a day there, it meant we could ride everything we wanted to.

Excellent purchase. Can't activate at kiosk but was easy enough to sort with staff in that area. Would recommend a lanyard to place in as they are card sized paper passes. Express lines get you about 20mins away from the front on the newer rides as they are placed further back but the older rides are practically to the front so no waiting.
