  • So the customer service is absolutely appalling. Message them on WhatsApp, they take hours, if not longer to reply, and then they close the chat each time within 5 minutes of us not replying, even though I’ve waited over a day for a reply! Then having to go through the whole process again and start another case from scratch. Which meant it was impossible to alter my ticket in time and so i had missed out on my excursion, and instead had to pay more onsite for an instant ticket, so i had wasted all my money on this. Then i was told that they couldn’t refund the tickets as it was within 24 hours of the booking time, but that was obviously because they kept closing the case after 4/5 minutes of me not being able to respond!

  • Excellent value for money and a fantastic trip . Lots of knowledge passed on by the staff . Took pictures of us at the best viewpoints . Fantastic trip highly recommended
