Vineyard Tour, Tasting and Lunch for Two - Experience Voucher

This vineyard in East Sussex is a long-established, family-run business that welcomes you to join them for an entertaining tour around their 37 acres of vines.

Your experienced tour guide will give you an overview of English wine-making, discuss its history, and how their vineyard differs from a continental vineyard. Discover the secrets of the wine-making process, how sparkling wine is created, and what the phrase ‘methode champenoise’ means. Learn how the wine is tilted and turned to extract the sediment and then enjoy a tasting session of the vineyard's award-winning wines.

Lunch is included with your experience.

What happens on the day?

Upon arrival at the vineyard, you will be required to hand in your voucher to a staff member and register. You will be introduced to your tour guide and group and your experience will begin. You will be shown around the 37-acre vineyard and hear many interesting facts about how the vines are grown and tended to. You’ll be led to the winery and bottling plant to discover more about the production process and you will then be seen into the tasting room. You’ll be welcome to sample the award-winning products on offer and ask any questions you may have.

Tea and coffee on arrival and lunch, are all included with your experience. You will also have the opportunity to purchase wine from the vineyard store
