Our guide to Barcelona Highlights Tour with Montjuïc Cable Car
In Barcelona, history and tradition goes hand in hand with emerging fashion and new trends, as you'll discover on this fascinating four and a half hour excursion.
In the first part of the visit, we will enjoy a walking tour through El Born and the Gothic Quarter. We will have the opportunity to stroll along one of Barcelona’s most important streets and see landmarks such as the Arc de Triomf, the Barcelona Cathedral, and the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar. We will marvel as we discover the multitude of details on the façades of the buildings we encounter along the way. We will walk through the narrow streets of the city’s old town and uncover the secrets it hides.
At the end of the walking tour, we will board a climate-controlled bus for a panoramic tour of Barcelona. We will make several stops at Montjuïc Hill, which was the Olympic area during the 1992 Olympic Games. The first stop will allow us to access the Montjuïc Cable Car, offering breathtaking views of Barcelona.
It will then be time to return to the office, passing along Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona’s most important streets, home to two of Antoni Gaudí’s most famous works: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.

- Cancellation policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier 72 hours prior to the tour date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date or a no-show.
- Guests aged from 4 - 12 years old are eligible for a Child rate.
- Please note that the tour includes long walks, so it is not advisable for people with reduced mobility.
- This tour will have a maximum of 20 travellers per guide.
- From the end of January to the beginning of March the cable car is under maintenance (days to be confirmed).
- On windy days the cable car may not operate for safety reasons.
- Please note this activity includes walking long distances. Wear appropriate attire.
