Chicago CityPASS® bundles one-time admission to 5 attractions. Includes:
- Shedd Aquarium: (General Admission Plus 4-D Experience) - All-access admission includes all exhibits, Animal Spotlights, and seasonal Stingray Touch, plus a 4-D Experience (subject to availability).
- Skydeck Chicago (Expedited Entry) - Admission includes express line access for the elevator, 360-degree views from the 103rd floor observation deck, and The Ledge glass platform.
Plus Your choice of admission to three of the following six attractions:
- Shoreline Sightseeing Architecture River Tour -Ticket includes a 75-minute cruise (60 minutes mid-Nov to mid-April) with live narration.
- The Field Museum & Underground Adventure - (General Admission Plus 2 Standard Add-on Exhibitions) Entry includes the permanent halls and galleries plus choice of 2 select ticketed exhibitions and/or 3D movies. (Some exhibitions and experiences are not included.)
- 360 Chicago Observation Deck (General Admission with Fast Pass Entry) Entry includes panoramic views from the observation deck and expedited access to the elevator bay. (TILT Ride is not included.)
- Griffin Museum of Science and Industry - (Museum Entry Plus One Special Experience) Admission includes all permanent exhibits and choice of a film in the Giant Dome Theater, a Coal Mine tour, or a Motion Simulator virtual trip.
- Art Institute of Chicago - (Fast Pass Admission) Entry allows bypass of the general admission lines and includes the permanent collection and non-ticketed special exhibitions.
- The Adler Planetarium (Museum Entry Plus Two Sky Shows) Admission includes all exhibitions, Community Design Labs, Space Visualization Lab, and Doane Observatory experiences, plus choice of two sky shows.

Terms and conditions for Chicago CityPASS
- You will receive an official Chicago CityPASS mobile ticket - download this to your phone (recommended) or print out a copy. This is your ticket and contains all the information (addresses, times, processess, inclusions, etc.) required for use. Simply present it at each attraction you wish to visit for entry.
- Your Chicago CityPASS voucher will be uploaded to your online order and you will receive an email when it is ready to download. Please note - If you ARE NOT travelling within the next 72 hours then it can take up to 7 days for your tickets to be uploaded. If you ARE travelling within the next 72 hours then once you've made your booking please contact us by replying to your confirmation email or by calling our Customer Service team.
- The Chicago CityPASS is activated the first time you use it and you have 9 days from this point to visit all five attractions
- There is no refund if you do not visit all five attractions
- CityPASS child tickets are priced for guests aged 3-11. However children aged 3 or less can purchase a ticket too if necessary. While many attractions offer children aged 3 or less free admission, some will still charge for a ticket/entry locally. Also, some will require the child to stand in the main ticket line to secure a free/discounted child’s ticket - a step you may be able to skip by having a Child CityPASS.
- *Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled up to your holiday departure date. No refunds are given for cancellations made post-departure.
- For any reservations made directly with an attraction, you MUST cancel this reservation before seeking a refund with us.
- Once you have your tickets, visit my.citypass.com or download the My CityPASS® app to make reservations (if required), access tickets, and view attraction details, including admission information.
