What to Expect
Your journey begins in style with a pick-up from your Las Vegas hotel in a luxury Sprinter van, whisking you away to the terminal for check-in. Once you’re airborne, prepare to be dazzled as you soar over the engineering marvel of the Hoover Dam and the shimmering blue waters of Lake Mead.
The desert floor put on a show as the landscape shifts from ancient salt marshes to dramatic extinct volcanoes, all leading up to the main event: the Grand Canyon West Rim.

- The Descent: Feel the thrill as your pilot weaves through the canyon walls, descending 4,000 feet below the rim for an exclusive landing on the canyon floor.
- Canyon Floor Picnic: Enjoy approximately 30 minutes of "ground time" to savor a champagne toast and a light picnic lunch. It’s the perfect moment to snap those envy-inducing photos against the backdrop of the ancient stone walls.
- The Golden Hour: Your return flight is perfectly timed to catch the desert sun dipping below the horizon, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink.
- Vegas Strip Flyover: The grand finale! Cap off your evening with a low-level flight over the Las Vegas Strip. From the sky, you’ll have a bird’s-eye view of the dancing fountains, glowing neon signs, and the architectural wonders of the world’s most famous playground.
Operates:
Daily, year-round including pick-up from Las Vegas Hotels. Departures times vary depending on Sunset times for the particular week you fly. December flights are at 1430hrs, whilst June flights depart at 1800hrs.
Hotel pick up:
Pick-ups are available from all hotels located around the ‘Strip’ and Downtown areas of Las Vegas and commence up to 90 minutes before your scheduled flight time
Duration:
About 3.5 hours from hotel to hotel. Helicopter flights to the Grand Canyon are about 45 minutes each way.
Departure Airport:
Flights depart from McCarran Terminal in the heart of Las Vegas.

- Advanced reservations are required. Please select your preferred date at the time of booking. Should your chosen flight not be available, we’ll do our best to place you and your party on the nearest possible flight. If the amended time and date are not suitable, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- *Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 72 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
- This tour is only available from Las Vegas. Flights depart from Mccarran Atlantic Terminal.
- Photo ID is required at check-in.
- Total flight time is around 90 minutes in total.
- Helicopters are very sensitive to weight and weight distribution. As such anyone weighing over 299lbs (135.91kg / 21.36 stone) will be charged for an additional tour seat locally and a $300 supplement will be payable upon check-in. All passengers must be weighed at check-in. All weights submitted must be accurate or you may be refused to board if weights are incorrect.
- Infants aged less than 2 and under travel for free and must sit on their parent/guardian's lap.
- Complimentary round trip transfers from all Vegas hotels
- Passengers are picked up from their Vegas hotels approximately 60 minutes to 90 minutes before departure depending on hotel location.
