You can cancel your Orlando hotel booking up to 7 days before check-in (excludes non-refundable options). For all booking types, the first two changes are free, but further modifications incur a $50 amendment fee. Any price difference will be payable.
We understand that plans change. Our Walt Disney World Resort Hotel cancellation and amendment policy is designed to be as flexible as possible, with 3 options at checkout.
- Refundable Deposit or Full Payment: You can cancel your booking for free up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will not receive a refund.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before your arrival, but the $50 deposit will not be refunded.
All booking types can be modified. The first two changes are free if requested more than 7 days before your check-in date. Any further changes will incur a $50 per booking amendment fee. All amendments are subject to availability and current pricing. Any added-value offers that were part of your original booking may be lost if you choose to amend your Walt Disney World Resort hotel booking.
