You can amend or cancel hotel arrangements up to 7 days before check-in. We won't charge a fee for changes (subject to availability and current pricing/offers), but any price difference is payable. Choose the refundable deposit at checkout for the flexibility to cancel with a full refund.

You can change your Disney Hotel arrangements up to 7 days before your hotel check-in date. While we won't charge an amendment fee for changes, any price difference will be payable. Changes are subject to availability and will be based on the current pricing and offer.
Customers must choose the Refundable Deposit option at checkout for the flexibility to cancel with a full refund (up to 7 days before your arrival date). If the non-refundable deposit option is selected at the time of booking, bookings can still be cancelled up to 7 days before your check-in date, but at a loss of the £50 deposit.
