It was easy to navigate. The main part I would recommend is that you could put a deposit down for the park tickets and then pay the rest off later on.

It was very easy to purchase and there was no set payment you had to make you could put as much or as little as you wanted on and as offen as you wanted. As long as it was paid 6 weeks before your travels. Would definitely recommend to others.

I reached out online as couldn’t select tickets online for same day. Camila got intouch really fast and was able to check availability and secured me tickets straight away. She emailed the details and was easy to make payment. Great value and great service! It’s very rare these days you get such a quick response and someone genially wanting to help, Camila should be recognised for this. I would definitely use again.

AT have been so supportive and informative throughout the service - I cannot speak highly enough of them. We had to move our tickets due to an unseen health issue and they were unbelievably kind and supportive, offering advice and help throughout the process. At many times I would ring them up to make changes and they continuously provided the best service they could. I would recommend AT to anyone and I will definitely be using them in the future.

When I first bought the Yankee tickets there was a problem with the dates. The day I had selected was sold out, attraction tickets customers service called me to let me know and arranged to change my tickets for the next night that , we could luckily make. Was really helpful and got the tickets we wanted . Really quick easy and helpful customer service team. Thank you.

Staff went above and beyond, very helpful and polite. Booking over the phone was easy and paying holiday off was also easy. Thank you to the staff for all their help. Only thing to suggest is that Attraction Tickets looks into offering customers a 1, 2 or 3 day Universal studies passes as well as purchasing a 14 days pass. This doesn't show on website UK. Would 100% highly recommend.
