I love the way you can download the Disney tickets onto your mobile phone. I would like to see the same facility for Universal although they use facial recognition so I suppose it isnt required.

Very easy to purchase. Tickets arrived by email link, which I downloaded. I was also able to link them to my Disneyland Paris app. Very happy with the service.

Quick and easy to book, set up and use. The free burger included with the ticket price went down a treat and saved a family of 6 quite a bit of money. Would highly recommend this company and Siam Park was fabulous fun.

Bought universal tickets, but on arrival at the parks it was clear that we would get limited use out of the tickets as Volcano Bay has closure dates, which were not highlighted when we purchased the tickets. I emailed your company during our stay and got an auto response to say that you are not responsible for park closures. Yes, but you are responsible for letting customers know that there may be limitations on the tickets they purchase. Had we known this we would have considered alternative parks. Poor customer service
