Terrible customer service! We booked Disneyland tickets through this company and unfortunately one member couldn’t come on holiday so we tried to cancel the ticket (within the cancellation period). They shut all telephone contact for the whole day for ‘staff training’ so we couldn’t ring to cancel so we emailed as per the automated phone message to get our request in on time. The automated response said it would be dealt with on their return to work. The company then waited 3 days to reply and said we were now out of the cancellation period so could no longer do so. We argued our case and they said they would speak to Disney and come back to us and never did! Will never use again and will be passing our experience on to all the Disney groups we joined for info as first timers. Really disappointed.

Attraction tickets were copied into the email with the tour provider regarding the bus not showing up and processing a refund, attraction tickets made no attempt to reply to my email and I have had no communication since.

Always so easy to book a holiday myself through the attraction tickets website.. and if I ever do need help the staff are brilliant and go above and beyond to help out anyway they can

Excellent service!! I stupidly booked tickets for the wrong dates (which had already passed as I booked 2025 instead of 2026). Kirsty was fantastic from the start. She reassured me that she was almost certain that she would be able to sort it out for me and that she would contact Universal. Had a call back to say all sorted and did I want to rebook for the correct dates. The price had changed due to New Year sales and so I got a refund for the difference. Highly recommend this company and a big shout out to Kirsty.

Had a problem downloading tickets whilst on holiday. Sent an email to them but they failed to respond. Just as well I eventually managed to get them to load on my partners phone. Bit disappointing though
