Products are easy to understand, purchase and use. Also great customer service if you have any issues at all, my page was stalling post payment but the team were super helpful and could see everything had gone through at their end, which really reassured me.

Attraction tickets were a great choice for us. We liked how you could pay in instalments (if you wanted to) and it was easy to pay. I feel we got a good price for the tickets. However, I did notice some ‘specials’ were no longer available. A few years ago we would get a free ticket to the likes of Boggy Creek Airboats, or a free hotel one night stay at Cocoa Beach. But no more. If I’m honest we did struggle to split our Disney tickets between the family and we spent a good while reading instructions on how to pass links on to individual phones. We eventually worked it out but 2 of the party went to Guest Services and asked for a ‘real ticket’. Not a problem, plus a souvenir from our trip to boot! 2 more of the family actually asked for a card on the last day at the park so they could have a souvenir too. We also bought Universal park tickets in this package and although they were split up across the family the bar codes were easy to use and all worked well at park entrance.

10/10 for customer service !!!! Have been using this company for many years and they always give the best service.. We had to make some amendments to our booking and this was sorted with no problems.
