Myself and all my family plus everyone that I’ve sent your way for the last 13 years! love attraction tickets I like that I speak with the same people and that they all have knowledge of Florida especially , but being honest my biggest pull to AT was the cool freebie's/Gifts that’s all disappeared now so I’d probably look to book for price going forward the last booking was a bit of a mess with the out of control magic show not being pre booked by you guys !

Everything was superb except Universal Epic Universe, which was very disappointing. We only had one day access to this park and found that several of the major rides closed for most of the day. When they opened after several hours, the wait times went to 4 hours, but they closed again after 45 mins. I couldn’t contact Attraction Tickets with my particular complaint, which was indeed to request a refund for the 5 adult Epic Universe tickets we had purchased at significant cost. I would welcome some advice from Attraction Tickets on this issue, and some form of refund. I complained to Universal and they initially offered a 2pm pass for Epic Universe, but this was pointless given problems with the rides and then the weather. I managed to get a small number of Express pass tickets for Islands of Adventure, a small compensation for a very disappointing experience at Epic Universe.
