Brought our Disney/Universal tickets and Discovery Cove through Attraction tickets. Booked online for the Disney tickets and it was such an easy process. The tickets came through almost instantly and I was able to upload them on the app straight away. I called to book the Doscovery Cove tickets, and the lady who helped me was beyond helpful. We discussed which package would be most cost efficient for me as well as ticking all our boxes. They even send you a check In email before you go, just to ensure you have everything booked. Cannot rate Attraction Tickets highly enough and will be using them again in future.

So the customer service is absolutely appalling. Message them on WhatsApp, they take hours, if not longer to reply, and then they close the chat each time within 5 minutes of us not replying, even though I’ve waited over a day for a reply! Then having to go through the whole process again and start another case from scratch. Which meant it was impossible to alter my ticket in time and so i had missed out on my excursion, and instead had to pay more onsite for an instant ticket, so i had wasted all my money on this. Then i was told that they couldn’t refund the tickets as it was within 24 hours of the booking time, but that was obviously because they kept closing the case after 4/5 minutes of me not being able to respond!

Great company used many times. Easy informative website, everything is very clear and explained. Great customer service though that has been for advice and questions not refunds etc. (no experience of this). Prompt service with no issues. Prices aren’t the cheapest around but are very competitive. You do however have support and experience on their part and have proved 100% reliable. Have used them for packaged and individual theme park tickets and special event tickets.

Easy booking system, low deposit, timely reminders. Called to add on a meals package and it was easy to amend my booking. The person I spoke with on the phone was very personable and we talked about my upcoming holiday with excitement together.
