Buying tickets was easy and the ability to pay off the balance in instalments was a great idea. If we decide to visit again I would definitely use Attraction Tickets. I guess only having two weeks holiday just isn’t enough to do everything possible

It was very easy to find the tickets on the site and subsequently book them. The emails were clear and easy in how to download the tickets.

Very straightforward booking process. My only suggestion is to make it easier to look up your bookings- if there was an “order history” function, that would make it easier to look up all your bookings at once, rather than only being able to look them up individually, with the booking reference. If you could log in and see all your orders at the same time that would make life easier, if like me, you have bought multiple tickets/passes/hotel stays.

Bought 14-day pass during Black Friday deals. Easy booking process and flexible payment options. Once balance paid, electronic tickets immediately made available. No issues validating for myself and family once arrived at Universal Orlando. After first entry, we were able to travel freely between parks without needing to show tickets again due to facial recognition set up when first enter. Gave flexibility to dip in and out during day. Crowds didn't seem as large as Disney making easier to get on majority of rides and experience attractions.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. When I needed to make a change, the team were very helpful and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. The service was excellent, the price was great, and I've enjoyed the experience so much that I've already booked through them again for next year. 5 Stars!
