Excellent service by the agent who dealt with our booking. She went out of her way to ensure we had the right package and where we could save money. I have never used Attraction we used your company before but will definitely use you in the future. I broke my arm the day after I booked the tickets and Discover Cove were fantastic, changing the day before side of the weather forecast and the risk of me falling and also ensuring my swim experience was first class. Attraction tickets were great, not pushy on sales, reduced the price with no problem when I contacted them as noticed a price reduction and they also added in a premium drink package for all our group.

Ticket was well worth it. Allowed us total flexibility and the photo package at Disney and food being included at sea world, made it worthwhile too.

Tickets recieved promptly and easy to use. I do miss the physical tickets that ATD used to send in the lovely carry case, however Disney actually swapped our mobile passes for a physical pass once we got there. ATD always gives great service and good explanation of how to use the downloadable tickets

Highly recommend booking through attraction tickets, I d booked a 2 night stay at campanile val de France and Disneyland tickets, accommodation was great and the breakfast, free shuttle bus to the park was straightforward but would advise checking where pick up point is at the park and if your staying for the fireworks the buses were a bit crowded, we downloaded the Disney app which was a great help and would recommend booking the reserved viewing for fireworks, we would definitely book with attraction tickets again.

Service was excellent. My friend and I were travelling together, but had booked separately and our request to be placed on the same Alcatraz tour was dealt with promptly and courteously (all done by email prior to our departure from UK several weeks before). Everything was exactly as described.

Despite not even leaving the Uk I was refused a refund because the tickets were downloaded. It’s clear my tickets have not been used but I am refused a refund. I ordered with your company and it should be you who refund me rather than blaming Siam Park. Poor service
