Superb - I realised after booking that the park closed early for a staff party on the day I'd booked. I called customer service and requested a swap - it was all done without hassle, and as the new tickets were slightly cheaper, they even processed a refund.

Booking was extremely easy. Very handy that only a very small deposit was needed and had plenty of time to pay the rest of the fee off. Nothing was difficult to figure out, good that you can get digital park passes and also get physical cards on arrival at the ranch too

Always a top notch service, we have never had any issues with any tickets brought though AttractionTickets.com in all the years we have used them. We always research the Attractions we are going too web sites before we book our holidays to check opening ours and average wait times in the month we book as this is not in Attraction Tickets control, Would highly recommend booking with them.

Always use attraction tickets to purchase WDW, Universal, Seaworld etc tickets and Disneyland Paris hotel deals. Staff very helpful, website easy to use. Will be booking Disneyland Paris through attraction ticket for October 2026

I see the service as poor as the ticket package had been mis-sold & not descriptive on when parks may be open or not open. At no time did I receive any information from Attraction tickets on any changes to park opening times.
