Absolutely fantastic experience with AttractionTickets.com from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, clear, and stress-free, which made planning such a big trip so much easier. The website is easy to navigate, with plenty of helpful information that made choosing the right tickets simple. What really stood out was the value and convenience; everything was organised in advance, and having the tickets ready to go meant we could focus on enjoying the trip rather than worrying about logistics. There was a slight hiccup at the start when a name on one of the tickets was wrong. Initially, it was felt that this would be fine as only photo ID along with ticket QR code is checked. However, we felt that given the current world situation and the fact that we have visited before when tensions are high, park security may well have been higher, so it might be an issue. Attraction Tickets accepted our concerns, and cancelled and re-issued new tickets in plenty of time before we departed the UK. Overall, customer service in all aspects was prompt and respectful, and I would have no reservations recommending them on this basis
