  • Well done to Attraction Tickets for a seamless experience. It was so easy to book the tickets, leave a deposit, pay the balance and then Redeem once at the parks. Redemption doesn’t take long and is only required once for the Disney parks and once for the Universal Studios parks. I have used Attraction Tickets over many years and always find them to be competitive on price, trustworthy and easy to use.

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great booking experience — with a couple of little plot twists! The attraction ticket booking system was honestly perfection. It was really easy to use, and I loved being able to play around with the dates and make amendments without feeling like I was defusing a bomb. Everything was clear, and it was easy to see what I had booked. The only thing I think could have been a little easier was the navigation when I was trying to find a specific Disneyland Paris package with the hotel included. That may well have been me rather than the website, because after a while I was clicking around like I was on a treasure hunt looking for the Holy Grail of Disney holidays! 😂 I also wasn’t given the option to add transport when I originally booked, so I ended up booking that separately afterwards. It was easily sorted — I just went down to speak to one of the staff at St Pancras and they booked it for me — but it would have been much nicer to have everything in one place from the beginning. As I needed assistance from the staff with the attraction tickets, it would be fantastic going forward if there was an option to add the transport at the same time when booking with a member of staff. It would just make the whole process completely seamless. The £25 deposit to secure the price was brilliant. The guidance about when the remaining balance was due was also really clear and gave plenty of notice. I actually paid mine early, so I can’t say whether you get a reminder nearer the time because I was already sitting there smugly thinking, “Well, that’s one thing I don’t have to worry about anymore!” 😂 The website itself is clear and straightforward, and once everything was paid for, all the things I had booked were available as they should be. I could download my tickets, see exactly what I had booked, and I downloaded the app so I could make my restaurant reservations in advance. All very easy. I was also really impressed with the freebies. Everything that had been promised actually arrived, which, let’s be honest, is always a pleasant surprise! 😂 The Disney money vouchers were included in the envelope along with everything else, so there was no “And where’s the thing you promised me?” moment. There was also a small error with the price on my booking. I contacted the staff and, rather than having to launch a full-scale investigation, it was sorted immediately and I was credited £50 as a gesture of goodwill as well. I didn’t have to chase, argue or call the manager — it was simply dealt with there and then, which I really appreciated. Overall, I found the whole booking experience easy, straightforward and reassuring. There are a couple of areas where the process could be made even more seamless, particularly combining transport with the package, but the staff were helpful, problems were resolved quickly, and everything I was promised was delivered. So, despite the odd little Disney plot twist along the way, I’d definitely book again. After all, if you’re going to hand over your money for a Disney holiday, you want the booking process to feel like the magic starts before you even get there — and for the most part, it absolutely did! ✨🏰😂

  • Have used before and always get excellent service and communication. Never a problem. Customer service also a great help when I needed advice. Got a great deal as well and saved a lot of money. Would always use them for our tickets as I have total trust in them. Highly recommend.

  • Wasn’t made clear in booking that park ticket is linked to hotel so when I wanted to move to a deluxe hotel for my last two nights I couldn’t.
