  • The ferry and grounds of Statue of Liberty are wheelchair accessible. 
  • Please note, the ferry does not operate during heavy rain or other adverse weather conditions; when this occurs, an alternative option is provided. 
  • If guests would like to get off at Ellis Island they are welcome to do so, however, this is not part of the guided tour. 
  • Please refer to local government guidelines for the most up to date information. 
  • This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
  • The meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. 
  • All guests are required to pass through airport-style security to board the ferry and again to disembark. No luggage, weapons, or food (except for water in a clear container) is allowed. 
  • At Liberty Island handbags and backpacks must be stored in a locker. Lockers are $2.00. 
  • Please allow plenty of time to arrive for your tour. Transportation in NYC whether by taxi, car, or subway is notoriously slow and can often be unreliable. 
  • Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
