- Children under the age of 3 years old will not be admitted to the ABBA Arena. The recommended age is 6+ years.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- The concert features extensive use of flashing lights and video content throughout, as well as lasers and harmless smoke and haze effects.
- Photos or filming is not allowed to be taken whilst in the concert to keep it a secret for future audiences.
- The concert begins promptly at the time advertised on your ticket. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable point in the concert. Please give yourself enough time to travel and go through security checks prior to the concert starting.
- The concert lasts for around 90 minutes without an interval.
