This tour operates on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays year-round (excluding Christmas Day and ANZAC Day).

If you’re not staying at one of these, you’ll need to make your way to the nearest pick-up point.
- Please contact the tour operator at least 24 hours before your departure to confirm your pick-up location and time.
- You are allowed to transport home bottles that you may have purchased on your tour but there is no open alcohol or consumption of alcohol allowed on the bus while stationary or driving.
- Please note: Drinks during lunch and cheese platters are not included but can be purchased at your own expense.
- The Skywalk is an outdoor activity. In case of wet weather or if you prefer to stay indoors, a café and sheltered areas are available on-site.
- A moderate fitness level is required.
- Suitable walking shoes and jackets are required.
- This tour is unsuitable for wheelchairs.
- There’s no need to inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies before the tour, as these can be accommodated on the day.
- Smoking is not permitted on the bus. There are designated smoking areas at most of the destinations we visit.
- We recommend that if you are taking the tour between March and October, you bring a jacket along. Tamborine Mountain is usually 3-5 degrees cooler than Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
- This tour operates on a tight schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your arranged pick-up time, unfortunately we will leave you behind and 100% of the tour cost will apply.
- The Vino Bus staff LOVE wine as much as you do, and certainly do not want you getting home sober - however we do care about your safety and there is a difference between having a great day full of wine tasting/appreciation and taking things too far. If any staff from The Vino Bus thinks you are heavily intoxicated, you may be cut off from further wine tasting. No compensation or refund will be provided if you have been refused alcohol for being too intoxicated.
- Vomiting in the bus as a result of irresponsible alcohol intake will result in a $200 charge.
- Damage to the bus as a result of alcohol related irresponsible behaviour will result in a $200 charge
- Cancellation Policy: A fee of 10% of the tour cost will be charged for cancellations made 50 to 20 days prior to travel. Cancellations made 4 to 2 days prior to travel will incur a fee of 50% of the tour cost. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of travel or in the event of a no-show. Please keep in mind that there is a significant time difference between Australia and the UK, so be sure to allow for this when making your cancellation. Due to the time and organisation involved in touring, The Vino Bus reserves the right to charge a tour cancellation fee to cover costs and losses. Changes to bookings can be made and are free of charge, provided they are within a reasonable time frame so that your booking can be replaced. Changes cannot be made within 48 hours of the tour.
