Ride operators very slow to get people on and off the rides, and consistently sending the cars with a lot of empty seats. Some rows with 1 seat, 3 seats or entire rows empty. They should be calling out for single riders, groups of 3 etc. Otherwise, a fantastic day had at the park, a couple of rides were closed all day, but that can’t be helped, all day dine options were really good.

Love bugs absolutely everywhere, park feels poorly maintained, no structure for getting on to rides, almost like a free for all. Paying extra for lockers all day is annoying

The weather was terrible, and the rides hadn't been running. I called Attraction Tickets to see if we could move the date for our Quick Queue, and they said the passes were non-refundable and non-transferable. They suggested travelling from Orlando to Tampa, as the weather might clear up. Decided there was no point taking the risk and wasting a day of our holiday travelling to Tampa. We were right to do that because it was rainy and the rides were affected. Called Busch Gardens, who said: yes, moving the date would be fine, but because you didn't buy the passes directly from us, we can't help you. We went to Busch Gardens on a different day in the sunshine, with all the rides running. The moral of the story is to buy direct and not through Attraction Tickets! You could be wasting your money!

Went there twice and it was such a pleasure as it was really quiet and waiting time to get on to rides were like 5 minutes. Food included there too.
