Parking expensive (more than other companies in area). Car park chaos, no organisation. Car park full of pot holes not safe for people or cars. Entrance was very busy long wait. No explanation of how to use dine option. Queues long for rides, water ride kept closing. Saw all the sealife displays and watched shows. Still feel sad watching the orcas. Was disappointed with this park. Long queues, uneven narrow paths. Not enough space for all the strollers and mobility scooters. Never seen so many mobility scooters, riders are rude cut pedestrians up. Other neighbouring parks much better. They make such a stand on enviroment how they are doing their bit. If they retarmac the large car park, stick a roof on and add solar panels that would be doing your bit.

Mainly to do with the rides. Ride operators very slow to get people on and off the rides, and consistently sending the cars with a lot of empty seats. Some rows with 1 seat, 3 seats or entire rows empty. They should be calling out for single riders, groups of 3 etc. Also at the end of the day we went the park was open later for the drone show, but all of the places for food within all day dine package closed before it started, but a couple of places where you would have to pay remained open..

Only interested in the rides here I’m afraid Been so many times, there’s only so much you can train a whale or sea lion to do Needs a little refresh in my opinion but rides are brilliant
