Enjoyed the Dolphin/Orca shows and plenty of attractions to keep everyone occupied. Staff seemed very knowledgeable. If you are staying for full day, the All-Day Dining offers good value. Unfortunately, bad weather (thunderstorms) closed many of rides for significant portion of afternoon which meant very long queues for couple of attractions that did remain open.

The service was so fast. We had decided very last minute while on holiday to visit SeaWorld. We could have purchased tickets there but I wanted to try and see could I make contact with attraction tickets and purchase within 24 hours, bearing in mind we were 5 hours behind. Once A.T received my email request I had the quote come back ASAP. I paid and the tickets were emailed to me. I have to say It was very swift, they understood the urgency on my end. Top marks from me.

I bought the ultimate 3 park ticket with free all day dining on the first visit to each park. I bought the tickets on black Friday and got an absolute bargain!!! We used the the tickets for the first visit to aquatica we obtained our actual tickets at the kiosk at the entrance no problem at all...once we entered tge park we were desperate for a drink as it was sooo hot...we went to a restaurant for all day dining and asked for our free drinks the cashier didnt have a clue what we were talking about so we ended having to purchase 6 cups that gave us free refills from a soda stand costing over 40$ so no saving at all!! Our next visit was to Bush Gardens we showed our confirmation order to her which states free parking which she tried to dispute and appeared to know nothing about the deal...we had to explain it to her and that parking was included...finally she asked for our tickets and then agreed not to charge us so that wasn't straight forward. The vip ticket which gave discounts on dining was no use at all as the restaurants were very few and far between so was never used. TIP...we found the day we arrived was the first day back to school for the American children which was great as all the parks were extremely quiet with no queuing for rides.....so don't buy fast track tickets if you intend to visit from the 2nd week of August onwards you'll save a fortune

Obviously changed now under new ownership. Ticket was a fiasco , couldnt find section A to print park ticket from the paper one supplied by you so had to wait in line at the ticket office for them to issue tickets. Nearly spoiled the day
