• How do my Universal Orlando tickets work?

  Specially created for international visitors, our Universal Florida Tickets offer the most value and flexibility for your Orlando holiday and offer admission to all the Universal Orlando Parks. Depending on when you visit, you can purchase one of the following options: 

  • Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket: Valid for arrivals between 1 January – 19 October 2026 and 25 March – 31 December 2027. This includes 14 days of unlimited access to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Volcano Bay, and Universal Epic Universe.
  • Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket: Volcano Bay will be closed between 20 October 2026 and 24 March 2027, those visiting during this time can choose the Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket, which offers unlimited access to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and the Universal Epic Universe.

  Select Your Start Date - when booking, select the date you would like to start using your ticket. This should ideally be your first planned Universal Orlando Park visit.

  14-Day Validity Window: Visit the Universal Parks as many times as you like over a 14-day consecutive validity window starting from your selected date.

  Unlimited Park-to-Park Admission: Enjoy the freedom to move between all included Universal Theme Parks on the same day for the duration of your ticket.

  Move freely between all Universal Theme Parks, including ride the Hogwarts™ Express between Diagon Alley™ (Universal Studios Florida) and Hogsmeade™ (Universal Islands of Adventure).

• How will I receive my Universal Orlando Tickets?

  All our Universal Orlando Ticket options are official, gate-ready digital tickets, offering speedy, hassle-free admission to the parks. 

  • Instant Delivery: Your tickets will be available in your AttractionTickets.com Customer Account as soon as your order is paid in full.
  • No Need to Queue at the Gate: You can download your Universal tickets directly to your smartphone or print them at home in advance. Simply present the QR code at the entrance to each Universal Orlando park to walk straight through.

• Do I need to make park reservations for the 4 Universal Orlando Parks?

  No, park reservations are not needed for the Universal Orlando Theme Parks. A valid Universal Florida Ticket is all you need to enter the parks, including the brand-new Universal Epic Universe.

• Why can't I buy a Universal Orlando Tickets for all 4 Universal Orlando Parks between 20 October 2026 and 24 March 2027?

  The Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket is temporarily unavailable between 20 October 2026 and 24 March 2027 due to the planned refurbishment of Universal Volcano Bay.

  To ensure you still get the best value for your holiday, Universal has introduced the Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket for these dates, offering 14 days of unlimited park-to-park access to the three other Universal Parks - Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Epic Universe.

• Can I buy one day tickets for Universal Orlando Resort?

  While single-day tickets can be purchased at the park gates or via a US website, they are not available to pre-purchase as a standalone option in the UK. More importantly, 1-day tickets rarely offer the best value for international visitors. 

  The Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket (or Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket for arrivals 20 October 2026 to 24 March 2027 when Universal Volcano Bay is closed for refurbishment) has been specifically designed for international guests to experience the complete Universal Florida experience, offering unlimited admission to ALL 4 Universal Parks.  

  Here is why we recommend the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket instead: 

  Massive Cost Savings: A 1-day "Park-to-Park" ticket at the gate can cost upwards of £160–£180 per person for just a few hours of fun. The Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket works out cheaper than buying one-day access to each of the 4 parks - typically costing around £35 per day - with the benefit that you can visit ALL Universal Orlando Parks multiple times on your holiday.

  Unlimited Park Access: Most 1-day tickets purchased in the US will only grant you access to one Universal Park. Our 14-day ticket includes unlimited, multi-day access to all four parks, including the brand-new Universal Epic Universe. Come and go as you please and enjoy your favourite parks and rides multiple times. 

  Hogwarts™ Express Included: To ride the train between Diagon Alley™ (Universal Studios Florida) and Hogsmeade™ (Universal Islands of Adventure), you must have a 'Park-to-Park' ticket. This is included as standard with our 14-day tickets, but is an expensive daily upgrade on 1-day gate tickets.

  Total Flexibility: Orlando weather can be unpredictable. With a 1-day ticket, you are locked in. With a 14-day ticket, if it rains, you can simply head back to the hotel and return another day at no extra cost. 

  The Bottom Line: If you plan to spend more than one day at Universal, the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket or Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket are always the better value and more flexible option.

• Can I visit Universal Epic Universe more than once?

  Yes! Guests visiting in 2026 and 2027 can visit Universal Epic Universe multiple times.

  While 2025 tickets were limited to just one day, our new Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket (or Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket for arrivals 20 October 2026 to 24 March 2027 when Universal Volcano Bay is closed for refurbishment) offer 14 days of unlimited park-to-park admission to all included Universal Orlando parks.

  14-Day Validity Window: Visit the parks as many times as you like for the duration of the ticket. Visit Universal Epic Universe on Day 1, Day 14, or every single day of your holiday if you wish!

• Does the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket or Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket include Universal Express?

  No. Universal Express is an optional add-on and is not included as standard with the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket or the Three Park Adventure Ticket. 

  If you would like to skip the regular lines, you can purchase a Universal Orlando Express Pass in addition to your admission ticket. We offer several durations to suit your trip: 

  • Universal Orlando Multi-Day Express Passes: These are the best value for long trips and can include access to Universal Epic Universe, allowing you to skip the regular lines at participating rides and attractions across the parks.
  • 1 Day Universal Epic Universe Express Pass: If you only want to skip the lines at the newest park, you can purchase a dedicated 1-day pass specifically for Epic Universe. Date-Specific: 

  Each Universal Orlando Express Pass is only valid for the specific date(s) selected at the time of booking.

  Top Tip: Premier Hotel Benefits Guests staying at the Hard Rock Hotel®, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, or Loews Portofino Bay Hotel receive FREE Universal Express Unlimited for the duration of their stay. This complimentary hotel benefit is valid for Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure only. A separate Express Pass must be purchased to skip the lines at Universal Epic Universe.

• When is the best time to visit Universal Orlando Resort?

  Universal Orlando Resort is open year-round, so the best time to visit is really up to your personal preference! If you wish to celebrate any of the bank holidays in the parks or even bask in an American style Halloween, Universal will usually have something special going for you to enjoy, just don't forget they can get busier during school holidays. We strongly recommend getting into the parks early in order to get the quickest access to the most popular rides.

Duration of Visit

• How many days do I need to visit Universal Orlando Resort?

  We would recommend 2 days per park if you want to take advantage of everything they have to offer, as well as revisiting your favourites. During busier times of year an extra day may help. Don't forget, with your 14 day ticket you don't need to commit to a full day at the parks, you can come and go as you please, hopping between the theme parks with full flexibility! If you have limited time, we strongly recommend getting to the parks early in the day or including a Universal Express Pass ticket in your booking to skip the queues.

• Are 2 days enough to visit Universal Orlando Resort?

  We recommend planning at least one day for each park. If you wish to experience everything Universal Orlando Resort has to offer in a limited time or during peak season, we would recommend upgrading to a Universal Express Pass ticket.

  Will call Kiosks at Universal Orlando Resort are located at the front of each park and can also be found in the reception area of any of the Universal on-site hotels.

• How far is Disney World from Universal Orlando Resort?

  Universal Orlando Resort is around 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. If you aren't driving, taxis can be found at the hotel or you can book and an Uber service around $20/$30 each way.
