Alcatraz was fantastic. I had an issue down loading the tickets but the company responded quickly to my email and it was sorted straight away. The hop on hop off bus was a great way to see the sights

2 Day Hop on Bus was great as it was our first visit to San Francisco. 1st day we just stayed on the bus for full tour but later used bus again getting off in Union Square. Next day went to Academy of Science, went over Golden Gate Bridge again before going back to our hotel. Following week we used Alcatraz ticket which my son looked forward too & it didn’t disappoint. Weather was good & ferry over wasn’t too bad. Walk up to prison can be hard for people with mobility problems but they do have transport if you require. Audio guide is provide. Good trip & good value fir the experience

Great value for money. The bus side of things was easy to use. The Alcatraz Was a bit more long winded as you have to email the office direct for the tickets 5 days before you go , they then send you a code but you still have to queue up and get another ticket once you are actually there. Also timing selection is not accurate as we booked for 10am but they then gave us tickets for 11am ! As they said they were fully booked? We booked the tickets 7 months in advance.

Attraction tickets are always so helpful and great service. The company who’s ticket we purchased for Alcatraz were not helpful with an issue raised on the day of our visit, but attraction tickets were very helpful and advised us of a refund straight away and I appreciated it. Thank you

Absolutely spectacular package. Do not go to San Fran without it! The bus takes you anywhere you would want to go and the Alcatraz tour is priceless! Dont leave it till you get there as we saw people getting disappointed on the day. The experience of crossing the Golden Gate Bridge on an open top bridge is jaw dropping!

The staff were very helpful and validated our tickets for the dates we wanted and we enjoyed many great tours of the city. On our first trip we went full circle and planned where we wanted to get off to see the sights we wanted. The drivers and assistants were pleasant to deal with and engaged in conversation while we waited for our bus which gave us further ideas of what to see and where to eat.

The trip to Alcatraz was great. Well organised. The hop on bus ticket also enabled us to hire bikes for 2 hours for free and we cycled over the Golden Gate Bridge Fantastic package

Fantastic ticket combo! We did have to email the Alcatraz tour company the week before our visit to get a confirmed ferry time but I set a reminder on my phone to do this and we were able to have a lab early morning ferry which suited us brilliantly. The hop on hop off bus was fantastic! We even got free tickets to the USS Pampanito submarine experience and a free night bus tour included, which was a lovely surprise!

Really enjoyed Alcatraz, the buses were great. Highly recommend the night tour as you have commentary from an individual rather than the headphone commentary you get through the day.
