Love Woodbury Common 4th visit now never seems busy so nice to shop with no crowds, so much easier to use the scheduled transfer than the public bus no messing about.

Coach was on time at pick up point just a short walk from Times Square loads of bargains to be had ...I'm quite a fast shopper and found I had booked my return coach a little too late in the day but we did manage to get on an earlier coach with no problems

We booked to go at 8.30 and got there the 15 minutes before departure. They didn't leave until nearer 9. Not ideal having to stand about in the rain. On the way back we left early as bus was full.

We booked on the 8:30 bus. But didn't leave until after 9am. So we were stood on the corner of the street for over 45 minutes and no one told us what was happening. Would bookthe tickets through attraction tickets direct again, as I recognise that this was not the company's fault.

Finding the place to get picked up was easy and near the hotel we stayed in...the organisation of the whole thing was a disaster there was queues everywhere no one knew where to stand.

This is an attraction to help meet your retail addiction. There are some excellent deals to be had, and everywhere has air-con. The pricing can be a little confusing as discounts are often applied at the till, and sometimes not, then you have sales tax to add. Worth a visit if you have a spare day and an empty suitcase!

Masses of outlet shops, which were almost deserted due to the recent blizzard. We were delighted to find there were overheat heaters at the bus stop where we needed to wait for our return bus back to New York city.
