I have booked attraction tickets on deposit and I want to cancel my order. How do I do this?

Just call us to let us know that you will no longer be travelling. If you don’t have Flex Plus on the booking, you will lose your deposit or £50 per person whichever amount is lower. If you have Flex Plus on the booking, we will refund you all monies paid minus the cost of the Flex Plus.
