A magical Christmas adventure awaits you and your family in the Christmas Village. Jingle away to a festive Silent Disco before you journey into a snowy woodland guided by an Elf to visit Santa’s Grotto. Greeted by twinkling lights and the scent of a woodfire, join Father Christmas who is ready to hear your Christmas wishes and spread festive cheer to all who visit.
Then adventure into Enchanted Hollow: Toy Workshop, where the Elves are busy making gifts for Christmas, and you may even receive an early Christmas gift.
The festive fun does not end there. Enjoy everything else that Winter's Tail has to offer, select rides and attractions, and over 1000 animals in Chessington Zoo and SEA LIFE. It's the ultimate Christmas day out for families looking to make the season truly magical.

- Your Chessington World of Adventures Winter's Tail Ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of booking and cannot be used on any other date.
- Customers must bring their barcoded e-tickets to access the attraction.
- This ticket does not include entry to Christmas Village (Father Christmas' Grotto and Toy Workshop)
- Under 90cms go FREE - if your child is under 90cms, they can visit for free with every purchase of a 1-Day Winter's Tail Entry Only Ticket. The under-90 cm free entry ticket must be collected at the theme park, and height will be checked on entry before admission.
- Carers go FREE - Disabled guests are entitled to a free carer ticket. The Carers free entry ticket must be collected at the theme park, and documentation will be checked on entry before admission.
- Only select rides and attractions are available during Winter's Tail and are subject to change.
- There is a maximum of 3 FREE infant tickets per booking allowed.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- *CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 72 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
