Green Planet Dubai Admission Ticket

• Important Ticket Information – Please Read Before Booking: Please note that tickets are not delivered instantly and are manually processed during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM UK time). If you are ordering from the UAE, please consider the time difference. Same-day ticket delivery is only available during these hours and our dispatch team does not operate on weekends or evenings. If you are on your way to the theme park or already at the gate, please be aware that your tickets may not be processed in time if your order is placed outside of business hours. We strongly recommend booking in advance during our business hours to avoid any delays or disappointment.
• Your tickets will be available to download from your customer account 7 days before your departure date.
• If you book within 7 days of travel, same-day ticket delivery is available Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Please note that our dispatch team does not operate on weekends or evenings, so be sure to factor this in when placing your order. Your tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible during our working hours.
• The Green Planet™ Dubai Tickets are valid for 90 days from the time we process your booking and can be activated at any time within this period.
• Tickets expire in full after 90 days, irrespective of usage.
• Please note: some animal encounters may incur an additional charge locally.
• Green Planet™ Dubai's opening hours are subject to change. Please check the latest opening hours before your visit.
• All guests entering The Green Planet™ Dubai are subject to the rules and regulations of entry as displayed at the main entrance.
• For Infants (under 2 years), proof of age is required. If at the time of entry, the infant is 2 or above, the responsible adult will need to purchase a correct ticket at the gate.
• Children under 13 years need to be accompanied by an adult 18+ and must be accompanied at all times. Children will not be allowed to leave the Green Planet™ Dubai without a parent or guardian.
• Food and beverages are not allowed inside the facility.
• Tickets do not include car parking fees and parking is subject to availability.
• The Green Planet™ Dubai reserves the right to alter the opening and closing time, remove or cancel any part of the experience for any reason, including but not limited to health and safety, operational issues, maintenance, special events and private functions.

*Cancellation Policy: 

Tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before travel. Once tickets have been processed, they are non-refundable and cannot be changed. Cancellations within 7 days of travel are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
