The attractions were good apart from the staff in the buildings. The Sightseeing hop on hop off was diabolical...over 3 days we managed to use it twice with well over an hours wait each time and excuses from the drivers....Will never use again would rather use unlimited 7 day pass on the tube

The freestyle pass was fantastic, the entry into five attractions was a great saving. The only negative is that the buses were a little worse for wear and didn't run as often as another company.

I can recommend the pass as it gives you the freedom to visit attractions over a longer period of time. The 9/11 museum was not included, instead the memorial museum which we thought was not that great, that should have been made clearer. Also can not recommend the Grey Line busses - you cannot see a thing from inside do to commercial posters outside (!), only a few seats and no heating at -8 degrees. Upstairs the snow, which fell overnight, was not cleaned away from seats or aisles. Staff also very unfriendly. Not enough busses for the night tour - waited over an hour at time square and did not get on. The ferry left 5 minutes earlier than scheduled from Brooklyn bridge stop so had to take subway..

Great pass and great price. Glad i purchased this pass before I went on holiday. Only thing that would have made it better was if we could use the fast queue with it. Great price also.

Great value tickets. The fast pass and Disney photo memory maker were brilliant. We also received free tickets to the Blue Man show which was amazing. In addition we received $100 of gift vouchers for Planet Hollywood - great food and gifts - thank you!
