The attractions were good apart from the staff in the buildings. The Sightseeing hop on hop off was diabolical...over 3 days we managed to use it twice with well over an hours wait each time and excuses from the drivers....Will never use again would rather use unlimited 7 day pass on the tube

The freestyle pass was fantastic, the entry into five attractions was a great saving. The only negative is that the buses were a little worse for wear and didn't run as often as another company.

I can recommend the pass as it gives you the freedom to visit attractions over a longer period of time. The 9/11 museum was not included, instead the memorial museum which we thought was not that great, that should have been made clearer. Also can not recommend the Grey Line busses - you cannot see a thing from inside do to commercial posters outside (!), only a few seats and no heating at -8 degrees. Upstairs the snow, which fell overnight, was not cleaned away from seats or aisles. Staff also very unfriendly. Not enough busses for the night tour - waited over an hour at time square and did not get on. The ferry left 5 minutes earlier than scheduled from Brooklyn bridge stop so had to take subway..

Great pass and great price. Glad i purchased this pass before I went on holiday. Only thing that would have made it better was if we could use the fast queue with it. Great price also.

Great value tickets. The fast pass and Disney photo memory maker were brilliant. We also received free tickets to the Blue Man show which was amazing. In addition we received $100 of gift vouchers for Planet Hollywood - great food and gifts - thank you!

The customer service in Gray line's office left a lot to desired. No interaction or even recommendation of attractions! A major disappointment was:- we were very eager to go on "The Tour/Ride" attraction but were not advised that we had to book "the Tour/Ride" in advance or as early as possible! The Gray line staff had no details of "The Tour/Ride" & even had to look up the office address on mobile phone. Believe it or not the "The Tour/Ride" office is located 6/7 blocks South on the same 8th Avenue as Gray Line offices! When we got to "The Tour/Ride" offices it was fully booked up!

In 5 days we only managed to get on the bus once. They were all full. We waited 40 mins at a bus stop at one one stop and still couldn't get on.

This was an excellent package, we used it for attractions and also dinner twice which was gorgeous. It was alot more expensive to buy the tickets over there. A huge price difference. Will definitely use this site again.

Had to travel a distance to collect vouchers for free style pass. When we got vouchers they were in the form of an extremely long receipt which is not ideal to carry round. You then had to go to another ticket office to exchange vouchers for tickets for chosen attraction. We had a city pass last year and had vouchers in a booklet which is so much easier and saves time. Wouldn't recommend freestyle pass.

This made a huge difference in not having to buy tickets their. Finding the places to collect the tickets was not too bad. The only thing I was disappointed in we got the wrong tickets for the muse we asked for the one they made the film NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM

Attractions were great that we visited (One Observatory, Rockafeller Center and the 9/11 Tribute Centre) the pass also included 72 hours of Bus Hop-On-Off and boat tours. The only issue was that you got a hell of a lot of paper tickets (one per attraction and buses etc) which is ok for 2 persons but if you had 4 travellers it would be a nightmare and possibly easy to loose, surely the technology of nowadays it could be recorded on one card/ticket

Worked very well for what we wanted to see, only hassle is having to keep queuing to get paper tickets exchanged for proper tickets, also bought VIP tickets as an extra, wouldn't do that again, not worth the $25.
