  • Visits to St Mark's Basilica may be subject to restrictions. Depending on the situation on the day of the tour the itinerary may be amended to offer you the best experience possible.
  • At times St Mark’s Basilica is closed due to high water or religious ceremonies. During high water, the tour will take place, but it might happen we have to partly adapt the tour to the weather conditions. On those occasions when St Mark’s Basilica is open with high water, skip-the-line tickets will not be accepted as all visitors have only 1 door open to get in the church.
  • Shoulders and knees must be covered to enter St Mark's Basilica. Large bags are not allowed inside the Basilica.
  • Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or having to use partly motorised vehicles or a walker.
  • Please wear comfortable footwear as this tour involves a lot of walking.
  • The tour is operated with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 14 participants or fewer
  • Cancellations: If you cancel at least 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 6 days of the scheduled departure or do not show for the tour, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
