We loved that you can get the hotel bus to city walk and you can access and walk to either parks. We enjoyed meals at cowfish -sushi/burgers and the giant studio shop and epic preview/shop. We didn't really explore other places to eat, as what was on offer didn't appeal to us. We did think Hello Kitty store was here, but apparently wrong universal studios, but my daughter was happy they she still could get keroppi items in the main studio shops.

I personally feel city walk lacks shops they still have a universal shop but in previous years have had a surf wear shop etc it's mainly restaurants or food establishments now.

Some incredible restaurants and free entertainment. Lots for everyone to see or do. Some more shops wouldn’t go amiss. The chocolate emporium is a must

I tried to purchase express passes for an amusement park, but the price difference between GBP and EUR was way too high. I decided to cancel the payment, but there was absolutely no way to contact anyone from the company. I’ve lost over €100, and I feel completely ignored. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this service at all.
