Important Information

• You must contact the tour operator at least 24 hours prior to your tour date to schedule and confirm your exact hotel pickup time.
• Please arrive at your designated meeting location at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Please wait outside the meeting point, as guides cannot enter lobbies or stores to look for guests.
• The transport vehicle cannot wait for late arrivals to ensure the itinerary runs smoothly for all guests.
• This tour picks up from the majority of hotel/resorts in the regions of Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World, International Drive, SeaWorld, Lake Buena Vista and Kissimmee Highway 192 between SR535 and SR429. 
• This tour does NOT pick up from Downtown Orlando, Florida Mall, Orlando International Airport, Davenport or private residences.
• Your package includes day-pass access to the resort's beachfront pool deck and amenities. Food, drinks and additional hotel services are available for purchase directly from the resort at your own expense.
• Not wheelchair accessible.
• Please bring swimwear, beach towels, sunscreen and a change of clothes.
• All timings are approximate and subject to change.
• Gratuities are not included for the tour guides or drivers. While not mandatory, they are encouraged upon receipt of good service.
• Please Note: While the coastal waterways are teeming with marine life and sightings are incredibly common, wildlife encounters cannot be 100% guaranteed as these are wild animals in their natural habitat.
