Only poor because you do not need the bus, use the trams and metro. The bus routes are long but if you are interested in the history etc then use the bus

Only problem we encountered was when trying to connect to another bus, we found that that bus had finished. Staff at stops very helpful

Great way to travel the city and the headphone information was good. Buses were clean, although some empty bottles left by tourists by the end of the day. It would be very helpful to be able to see the route map and bus times as soon as the voucher is purchased to plan visits ahead of time. Shade and breeze were nice on top deck, very good that unlimited free water was available.

The fact that it was difficult to get regular buses going in the direction you need was frustrating. The other bus company operating a similar route offered a better service. Taxis, trams and the metro are cheap and would have been a better option

I love the Big Bus Tours as they are extremely good value, a great way to see the city and helps you to get your bearings quickly too. We also did a separate tour whilst we were there with this company to visit Abu Dhabi which is also worth the visit if you have time.
