Sucked. The 1 star is for the Biscayne Bay boat tour - which was a bit lame but OK. If I could give minus points for the Miami City Tour I would. Sitting on top of the bus you couldn't hear a thing the tour guide was saying as the only speakers were downstairs. If you sat downstairs you couldn't see out of the windows. The seats upstairs weren't bolted down properly, meaning I fell off my seat when we went round a corner; really dangerous on an open top bus! When it rained some people sat downstairs, which meant the tour guide had to turn the speaker down/off as it was too loud for them - no thought was given to the people sat upstairs, who didn't have a clue what was going on. We got dropped off at a bar for "the best tasting mojitos you will ever taste" - they weren't, and the bar added a service charge and then requested a gratuity on top of this. I would NOT recommend this tour.
