Came here with my family 20 years ago and now wanted to bring my own family, was just as good as I remember and the whole family loved it.

Show was good, although not as good as previous visits. Server was more concerned with premium seats even though we were all together so food was cold/warm when it finally got to us. Also felt the pressure tactic he employed to get tipped was too much. We happily tip when service is good but our server produced a card demanding he was tipped highly and he waited until we did tip him. Other guests around us who were American refused to tip but he didn’t pressure them like us. It’s a shame that we had this experience as medieval times was always a must do when in Florida but sadly we won’t be going back here.

Medieval dinner show time was changed prior to our trip, we arrived at the show 30 minutes early to be told it was cancelled and the earlier show was on, we was not informed by attraction tickets even tho the show informed the ticket line and we was not able to re schedule as we was going home. A day ruined as we refrained from going to the parks that day due to the late night of the show we was suppose to be attending.

Organisation and presentation were first class. We were revisiting with our granddaughters after a previous visit 30 years before then with our sons. Their families enjoyed themselves just as much as before.
