Easy to purchase and trustworthy using attraction tickets. Everything was easily downloaded on to our phones for ease of use on the day and there was an issue with our photo prints included but this was easily resolved with customer services. Excellent communication and competitive prices. I would definitely use and book again.

We loved this park! So much to do! Even though the park was full on the days we were there, there is lots of space between attractions, making it not feel overcrowded. We found that there was also a number of opportunities to meet characters as they were walking by or just appeared in the park! Deadpool and Loki were a highlight! There are many places to eat within the park that are quick serve so do not require a booking. The shows in this park are all amazing and definitely worth a visit!

Terrible customer service! We booked Disneyland tickets through this company and unfortunately one member couldn’t come on holiday so we tried to cancel the ticket (within the cancellation period). They shut all telephone contact for the whole day for ‘staff training’ so we couldn’t ring to cancel so we emailed as per the automated phone message to get our request in on time. The automated response said it would be dealt with on their return to work. The company then waited 3 days to reply and said we were now out of the cancellation period so could no longer do so. We argued our case and they said they would speak to Disney and come back to us and never did! Will never use again and will be passing our experience on to all the Disney groups we joined for info as first timers. Really disappointed.

Our flight to Paris was cancelled. Despite Disneyland Paris saying they could change the dates on our 7 tickets if Attraction Tickets got in touch with them directly, Attraction Tickets said there was no way to do this and would not help. This was so disappointing for the kids and I would certainly not book through Attraction Tickets again and would not recommend.
