Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside is a short stroll along the lushly landscaped Sassagoula River. Here the bayou beckons, as do Cajun and Creole specialties.

Mardi Gras prevails at the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory, where large replicas of floats are suspended from warehouse-like ceilings.
