Tangled
Flynn Rider and Rapunzel search for “the best day ever” aboard a Viking-style longship, while thugs from the Snuggly Duckling swing from giant pendulum hammers overhead.
The Little Mermaid
Ariel sits high above the crowd inside a kinetic, spinning clam shell, surrounded by dancing sea creatures as Sebastian leads the way below.
Peter Pan
Peter, Wendy and the Lost Boys sail aboard a version of the Jolly Roger, with Tinker Bell nestled among oversized flowers and Captain Hook swinging from an anchor below.
Brave
Merida rides atop a float shaped like a giant bagpipe, joined by energetic Highland dancers and her mischievous triplet brothers.
Maleficent Dragon (Sleeping Beauty)
The showstopper. Standing 26 feet tall and stretching 53 feet from snout to tail, this steampunk-inspired dragon was designed by Tony Award-winner Michael Curry on an articulating frame that lets it bend and twist as it moves. And yes, it really does breathe fire! Prince Phillip battles the dragon as thorn-inspired stilt walkers and raven dancers perform alongside.
A note for parents: the fire effects and dramatic staging on this float can be intense for the little ones or sound-sensitive children. If that’s a concern, Liberty Square or Main Street, U.S.A. give a little more distance than standing right at the front in Frontierland.
The finale - Mickey’s Airship
A 90-foot caravan closes the parade, featuring Pinocchio, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, the Mad Hatter and Alice, before Mickey and Minnie bring things to a close aboard a Storybook Circus-style hot air balloon, joined by Goofy, Chip and Dale.
