Everything they said would happen, happened exactly as we were told. From collect the magic bands at Disney springs to the instructions on how to activate everything and how to use memory maker. It was perfect. The staff were so helpful even though we are in Australia they rang us when they said they would and they were just incredible! Highly recommend if you want a trip where everything was taken care of to perfection

This park was part of our package and Attraction Tickets advertise it as being open and part of your combo. However Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are now never open at the same time . So to advertise the Disney - Universal combo as 9 parks is misleading. Especially as they split the costs of the combo between 9 parks when you are only ever going to visit 8 parks. A bit naughty I think.

Would not recommend at all. The free snacks were horrible and if you did happen to like them they were put away two hours before the end. The drinks available were some random thing not standard soft drinks. Also although we were there during August you were actually really cold getting out of the water as the sun was down. The lazy river dose not have fancy shaped tubes as it looks on the advertising. We left early and have regretted the spend ever since.
