Our guide to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor

Bamboo Racer

Minimum Height Required: 42 inches

Suit up for the ultimate water racing slide! Get drenched charging down the wetter-than-wet slopes, in a mad race for the finish against five of your friends! You’ll zoom past the competition on a super slick toboggan, aerodynamically-designed to achieve maximum speeds.

Bonzai Pipelines

Minimum Height Required: 48 inches

Your body gets sealed into one of two see-through launchers, as you stand precariously on a trap door at your feet. And in one crazy instant, that door will spring open and you literally fall right through the floor and into the slide. How’s that for a surprise?

Black Snake Summit

Minimum Height Required: 48 inches

Towering in the sky, Black Snake Summit is a gravity-defying nest of some of the fastest, craziest slides you’ll ever ride. This complex of four ultra-fast water slides is strictly for daredevils and speed demons.

Castaway Cove

Minimum Height Required: None; Max 54 inches

Lightning Falls

Minimum Height Required: 48 inches

Once you brave the impressive mountainscape to get to the top of Lightning Falls, you’ll have three fun watery routes to choose from: Typhoon Tube, Tornado Tube, or Thunder Trough. These are three totally different raft courses, all open-air, with high slippery walls. The sun will shine down on you as you maneuver the spray following a zig-zag path.

Lost Temple Rapids

Minimum Height Required: 42 inches

Hit the rapids for a family raft adventure the entire gang can enjoy together. The weathered ruins of the Lost Temple aqueduct are the setting for a family-oriented rafting odyssey, down a river of white foam and crazy good times. In fact, the fun increases the more of your family you pile on the raft!

River Cruise

Minimum Height Required: None with Adult

What’s the rush? You deserve some rest and relaxation, and what better place to find it than on a lazy River Cruise. This slow-moving water trail weaves around the park and is just what you need when it is time to slow down and enjoy life at a mellow pace. Set sail on an extremely pleasant, low-maintenance, and refreshing tour of Hurricane Harbor

Splash Island

Minimum Height Required: 36inches to 40 inches

Splash Island is a 30,0000 gallon pool designed just for little kids. This enormous watery playground is full of all the soggy treats your junior sea urchins will love. Pint-sized water slides are everywhere, sized to ride if your little ones are at least three feet tall. There are rain curtain waterfalls that are endless fun to stand beneath, and there’s squirting water just about everywhere.

Tiki Falls

Minimum Height Required: 48

Tiki Falls is a high speed rafting adventure that gives you three terrifically turbulent courses to choose from.  As you walk up on the falls, take a look at the three giant tiki heads overlooking the pool. At the end of your run you’ll get spit right out of their mouths, giving you the wettest, wildest ride of your life.

Minimum Height Required: 48

Go inside the eye of insanity in Tornado, a mind-blowingly original water adventure unlike anything you’ve ever seen. You can’t miss the gigantic blue and yellow checkerboard structure, truly one of the most original water slide designs in the world
