Being hired! The moment I received the email to say I have been successful. Meeting people for the first time on the Disney Roadshow and attending at Disney HQ - pinch me moment!
Who is your favourite character?
Disney is Donald - he has always been such a great character to meet whenever we see him and my son Ted loves him.

So many different reasons! Feeling a real sense of belonging in such a great team. Talking about what I have a passion for daily. Making other people happy by sorting their dream trips. The work ethics and care for the staff is also fantastic.
