Ticketing as always is excellent. The collection of the magic band however, not so good as it involved a trip to Disney Springs the night of our arrival. Surely there are outlets in Disney park or hotels that could provide the service? As an aside... Disney had limits on entry during and post COVID, that have now been discontinued. The number of people entering the parks during our stay was outrageous and very unpleasant. Not Attraction Tickets fault, but something for your customers to consider.

The flower festival was magnificent, the park had a chilled vibe , enjoyed all the different countries , managed to get on Guardians and soaring, loved both . Bedt thing was the maple popcorn in Canada.

Disney do a great job and we had a lovely day at Blizzard Beach. The only problem is the lack of seating with shade. We got there early and found somewhere but I would recommend either renting or bringing a parasol.

Lovely park Easy to access Animals looked well We enjoyed safari and saw lion, giraffes, hippos, rhinos and elephants. Ate at Rainbow forest cafe - which is an amazing themed restaurant With good food and service.

Excellent. Quick entance - with plastic cards issued at Disney world Memory maker was an amazing free gift with photographers all over park taking fabulous photos. Gardeners deserve a medal - what a beautiful park - flower displays were fabulous. Frozen area in Norway was a big favourite Fast track tickets were reasonable price (compared to universal)

Parked and went over on the boat. There is also the monorail Walking down Main Street to see Cinderellas castle ahead of you Watched the parade at 3pm with various characters on the floats. Rides were good Definitely stay till 9pm for the fireworks We walked back towards the exit before it started. Less time & people to leave as it ends. You get a good view of the fireworks but not of the laser characters on the castle. Music accompanied the display.

Couple of rollercoaster rides I didn’t go on Other rides were good. Enjoyed the animal safari in a Jeep. Saw giraffes elephants rhino luckily were fairly close. The jeep driver stopped for us to take photos

Would have given 5 stars remembering our past visits Unfortunately it was Closed. Both water parks used to be open at the same time but now only one is open for 6 months then closed. T Lagoon was due to open 01 May for 6 months and B Beach would have closed for 6 months

Really enjoyed our experience here. As soon as we entered the park we were lucky to experience the macaw display. Incredible. My little boys loved the birds flying around there head and a group. We did not get to see the lions as they were hiding in the shade but none the less the rest of the animals were great to see. My children also met mickey and Minnie and were in love with them!

Very friendly Staff. Lifeguards are absolutely on point with safe guarding everyone. No sunbeds were available when i arrived at 10am so had to purchase lockers to put my bags in. $15 dollar per locker which will fit 2 small bags in is abit steep in my opinion. Queues were excessive especially in the heat due to being barefoot on the hot ground so gave up with the queues..over 1hour for Mt, Gushmore but my 8yo and 3yo absolutely loved it and would go back again.

Absolutely loved it. We came back for a 2nd day as my 8yo and 3yo loved it so much. The queues were around 1hour for the rides but we did not mind as alot of the queues were in the shade. Star wars area was a family favourite. High recommend rise of the resistance ride.

Really relaxing after other rides, however the guy @ the slow river which runs around the park was NOT helping anyone rescue a spare ring etc & we waited @ least 20 mins & our gkids went off without us! I had thought he was there to help as well as life saving duties.. fortunately some users of the river gave us rings but there were a few pushers in! Need more control by waterfalls entrance .. but enjoyed immensely

Fab fun for all ages My youngest 2 are Autistic but loved rides via lightening queues.. I am concerned this time bcos my eldest gson is also Autistic & has a disabled pass, however can I have one as 2 nd time visit this year & have spent $$$$$ this year for grankids?

Worth a visit ! We tried all parks in our fortnight in lightening queue I’m coming again in May with my other granchildren who are mostly adult now but unable to access lightening this time as 10 of us & too pricey twice in 3 months im disabled in UK so concerned about queues ??

We purchased Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Kennedy Space Center tickets. All worked seamlessly, but we would ask that with the Disney tickets you more prominently advertise the fact that you can play mini golf at the two Fantasia courses at the boardwalk on each of your 14 days of your ticket for free from opening until 4pm. We only found this out on the very last day!

Great service. Sadly had to get a refund for a part of my trip was cancelled in clearwater but getting the refund was hassle free. The purchase of tickets was easy and liked the feature of being able to paying in installments.

Beautiful gardens, we loved the individual lands in the world showcase where we got to sample food and drink from different parts of the world. Night time lightshow was really good, and there was a stage where Sugar Ray was performing, included in the ticket price. Best ride was Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind but always has really long queue times so worth buying a lightning lane pass for this one

The busiest of the parks with some really long queue times but you just need to plan accordingly to make for a magical day out. We stayed for the fireworks and they were amazing. Best ride: Haunted Mansion

Many favourite rides and shows have gone which is a shame so doesn’t feel there is much to see here. No backlot tour, little mermaid etc. Star Wars area is excellent though.

Always magical! Doesn’t disappoint. Lots to see and do. Only gripe is cost of parking and lightning passes on top of high ticket costs.
