Departs
Tours are available seven days a week all year round, with start times every 1/2 hour from 10.00 to 15.00 subject to availability. Match days and the day before a Champions League game are not included. Museum is open 09.30 to 17.00 with last admission at 16.00.

Terms and conditions for Chelsea Football Club Stadium for Two
- This experience is a great idea for a gift, as you don’t have to commit the recipient to a particular date – the choice is theirs! A voucher will be uploaded to your customer account. Simply follow the instructions on your voucher to book your experience. Minimum age: 5 (Under 18s need to be accompanied by a paying adult, under 5s are welcomed free of charge with the voucher holder)
- Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness, as there is some walking and climbing steps during the experience
- Disabled visitors can be catered for. Please notify us at the time of booking to make arrangements
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
- Guided tours of Stamford Bridge depart every hour from 10.00 to 17.00 Monday to Saturday and until 16.00 on a Sunday.
- The last tour will be 15.00. The museum opens at 09.30 every day and closes 1 hour 30 minutes after the last tour departs.
- Tours do not operate on Chelsea FC Home match days.
- We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
- The tour itself will last approximately 1 hour, the time spent in the museum is at your leisure and you can visit either before or after the tour.
- A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher. The Cancellation Indemnity policy may provide a replacement voucher in the event of cancellation by the participant owing to circumstances beyond their control.
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase regardless of the departure date entered. It is your responsibility to have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
- Full Payment is required at the time of booking. Experience vouchers will be issued on confirmation of payment.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.

- Please do not book your transportation until you have confirmed your date of visit because the experience is subject to availability.
